Alexandra is a regional marketing manager with nearly a decade of experience in the multifamily industry; Alexandra has built expertise in executing end-to-end multichannel marketing strategies, digital media planning, and brand development. In her previous role, she oversaw the marketing strategy for national real estate developers’ market-rate portfolio throughout the Midwest, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions. During her tenure, she managed marketing initiatives for more than 3,200 units, directed roughly $1.9 million in annual media spend, and successfully launched six new multifamily developments. Her background also includes management roles with various national property management companies, providing a comprehensive understanding of both the marketing and operational aspects of multifamily housing. 

 

Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Human Capital Management from New York University and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
