With over 25 years of experience in marketing, branding, and interior design, Cecilia oversees the strategic direction of PCP's corporate brand, multifamily marketing initiatives, and interior design efforts, creating cohesive experiences that enhance resident engagement and asset value. Prior to joining PCP and White Oak Realty Partners, Cecilia was Director of Marketing for Fifield Companies in Chicago, where she supervised all marketing efforts and played an integral role in the K Station community, a $700 million, 2,100-unit multifamily rental development. She previously owned a full-service marketing and creative services firm and began her career in the Marketing Communications Department at Jones Lang LaSalle, supporting the Development, Investment Banking, and Tenant Representation groups.
