Chris is a highly experienced real estate investor with expertise developing high-rise multifamily, high-rise office, and retail in urban markets across the US.  Chris is responsible for the investment and asset management activities of the firm.  Chris has overseen the successful development, capital structuring, financing, asset management and disposition of over $3.0 billion in residential and commercial development projects containing more than 8.0 million square feet.
