Rachael Cooper is a Regional Manager with more than a decade of experience leading operations for luxury multifamily communities across the Denver market. She brings deep expertise in portfolio performance, lease-up strategy, budgeting, and team development across Class A assets.

 

Throughout her career with leading national operators, Rachael has overseen large portfolios of luxury apartment communities and high-performing teams. Most recently, she managed a portfolio of more than 2,300 apartment homes across eleven communities, including several active lease-ups, where she was responsible for operational strategy, financial performance, ownership reporting, and team leadership for more than 40 associates. Her experience includes developing operating budgets, implementing revenue and expense strategies, and maintaining strong partnerships with ownership groups while consistently driving operational excellence and resident experience.

Rachael holds an Associate Degree in Business Management and Sales & Marketing from Minnesota State Technical College and is a licensed real estate professional in Colorado.
