Ralph White is a seasoned building operations and maintenance professional with a distinguished career spanning a wide range of technical and leadership roles. His experience includes overseeing complex mechanical systems, managing engineering teams, and ensuring operational excellence across diverse property types — from Class A commercial buildings to government facilities and hospitality environments.

Before joining PCP Elevate, Ralph held senior positions including Chief Engineer, Project Manager, and Senior Account Manager, where he led teams, developed client relationships, and guided operational strategies for large-scale portfolios.
