Tim has over 25 years of executive-level experience in the multifamily industry. He has been responsible for the acquisition, development, and property/asset management of over 30,000 apartment units during that time. His entitlement experience includes public/private partnerships, affordable housing, and complex rezoning efforts on a national basis involving all product types ranging from low-density communities to urban wood-frame and high-rise communities. Over his career, Tim has served in numerous associations, including on the Board of Directors at the National Multifamily Housing Council. Tim earned a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Christopher joined White Oak Realty Partners in 2010 as a Principal and is responsible for overseeing all activities of the firm including, asset acquisitions, capital structuring, financial underwriting, asset dispositions, and the asset and development management of the firm’s projects. Prior to joining White Oak, Christopher was a Senior Vice President & Principal with Fifield Companies in Chicago responsible for acquisition, financing, and disposition activities as well as providing oversight of the firm's asset management function. In his five year tenure with Fifield, Christopher was responsible for underwriting and financing of over $1.5 billion in total debt and equity capital raises for over 6.0 million square feet of residential and commercial development projects as well as managing the development and lease-up process for the 1,200-unit K Station luxury apartment properties in three separate towers. Prior to joining Fifield, he was an investment professional with RREEF / DB Real Estate in Chicago where he conducted various levels of financial analysis and performed asset management duties on a diversified real estate investment fund comprised of over $1 billion in office, multifamily, retail and industrial assets located in as many as 12 markets nationally. Christopher began his career as a real estate analyst with Bank of America's Global Corporate & Investment Banking group in Chicago, where he gained an expertise in analyzing structured debt transactions for a variety of different real estate investment firms including REIT's, opportunity funds, public homebuilders and private development firms. Christopher earned a B.S. from Boston College with concentrations in Economics and Marketing.
